You can add donors to your favourites, compare several profiles side by side, and explore different options that match your preferences. Once you’ve selected a few favourites, simply let us know so we can confirm their availability and coordinate the next steps.

All of our donors are already medically screened, which helps keep the process smooth and efficient.

The timeline usually looks like this:

• Choosing and confirming a donor: varies by each family’s preferences — from a few days to a few weeks.
• Clinic approval: once your chosen clinic reviews the donor’s file, approval typically takes up to one week.
• Legal phase: drafting and signing the donation agreements usually takes up to two weeks.

In total, it generally takes 3–4 weeks from your first contact to scheduling the cycle. The exact timing of the egg retrieval will depend on your own travel plans and the donor’s menstrual cycle.

Each fertility clinic has its own specific criteria for approving egg donors — including factors such as AMH level, antral follicle count, age, and BMI. Screening requirements can also vary; for example, some clinics request a psychological evaluation while others may not.

To ensure full compatibility with any partner clinic, we’ve created an extensive medical testing protocol based on our discussions with all the clinics we collaborate with. Every donor in our program completes these tests before being presented to Intended Parents.

In addition to the medical screening, all of our donors also undergo a psychological evaluation and a criminal background check, ensuring that every candidate meets not only medical but also ethical and emotional standards.

We always respect the laws of the country where the donation takes place. In some destinations, only anonymous donation is permitted, while in others, known or semi-known donation may be allowed.

If the country’s regulations permit and you prefer a known or semi-known arrangement, we’ll be happy to discuss this possibility with your chosen donor. Whether or not she agrees will depend on her comfort and decision.

Even in anonymous donations, both parties sign a legally binding donation agreement that clearly defines everyone’s rights and responsibilities while protecting their privacy and confidentiality. When possible, we can also arrange a video meeting with your donor before the match, allowing you to connect personally without exchanging contact details or any identifying information.

Our team organizes and oversees every part of the donor’s journey—from booking flights and accommodation to coordinating transfers and clinic visits. Donors are accompanied by our local coordinators, who meet them at the airport, take them to appointments, and make sure they feel comfortable and supported throughout their stay.

We also handle all communication with the clinic to ensure schedules align smoothly with the treatment plan.

Most of our donors hold Russian passports and do not require a visa to enter the majority of Latin American countries. For Mexico, an electronic visa is required, which is a simple and quick online process.

Although there are no direct flights from Russia to Latin America, there are many convenient travel routes available—commonly through Turkey, Dubai, or Cuba. Our team arranges the most efficient and comfortable itinerary, ensuring the donor’s arrival in perfect time for the medical schedule.

Our agency fee covers all coordination and support related to your donor’s journey—from selection to egg retrieval.

This includes:

• Helping you choose a donor in line with your preferences and your clinic’s specific criteria.
• Organizing and covering the cost of your donor’s medical screening in her country of origin (with the exception of any specific genetic tests requested by you or your clinic).
• Coordinating everything related to the payment of the donor’s travel and compensation.
• Managing all aspects of the donor’s travel arrangements, including flight and accommodation planning.
• Providing local support for the donor in the country where the treatment takes place—ensuring she understands all medical instructions and follows the prescribed medication schedule correctly.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with your clinic, assisting with scheduling and sharing updates as needed.
• Overseeing the legal coordination, including the signing of agreements with both the agency and the donor.

Throughout the process, our team remains available for any questions or assistance, ensuring you feel supported and informed every step of the way.

Although it’s very rare, unexpected situations can occasionally arise — for example, changes in the donor’s health, travel restrictions, or personal circumstances. If this happens before your cycle is scheduled, we will immediately inform you and present several alternative donors who closely match your original choice in appearance, medical profile, and availability.

If the change occurs later in the process, we’ll coordinate with your clinic to minimize any disruption and help adjust the schedule if possible.
